DETECTOR SE 3001
Coating Detector SE 3001 detects metal coating on the glass surface as well as in insulating units. This function is useful for glass producers and glass processors.

DETECTOR SE 3001
Coating Detector SE 3002 detects metal coating in insulating units. This function is useful mainly for glass processors and windows manufacturers enabling them to find coating in insulated glass.
Sensors: capacity sensor
Touching sensor – two elastic blades in front of the device. This function is useful for glass producers and glass processors.
Usage: Blades of sensor should be pressed gently to the surface of glass without pressing button.
Red light + sound signal – sensor has detected the metal coating.
Capacity sensor is located on the bottom side of the device and detects metal coating, even if located on the opposite side of single glass. This function is useful mainly for glass processors and windows manufacturers enabling them to find coating in insulated glass.
Usage: Device should be applied to the glass with label side to the surface of glass, not closer as 10cm (4″) from the frame and button should be pressed.
Red light – metal coating is present on the side of glass at which device is applied.
Yellow light – metal coating is present on the opposite side of glass.
No light – no metal coating present.
